Mountain Retreat Center for Learning
Perched high above Highlands North Carolina, USA is a special place where deepening of connections and spirit come with active learning and reflection. This past spring while hosting a Climate Conference, these Celebration Forest partners were able to raise funds to begin reforesting their own lands. Here are a few pics of the basswood, chestnut, hazelnut, and chokeberry trees that were planted the spring of 2018. If you want to join the efforts, contact these folks ask to be listed as one of their "Celebration Forest" residents along with your donation toward the tree fund!
